Estocolmo en bicicleta (Stockholm by bike)

Dicen que solo se pueden contar dos historias, la de una guerra y la de un hombre que vuelve a casa. La nuestra es la segunda, como dos Ulises dimos la espalda a las torres de Helsinki adentrándonos en el Báltico.

It is said that there are just two stories to write about: the war and the way back home. Ours is the later. As two Erasmus Ulises we left away Helsinki going into the Baltic Sea.

Venga no me enrollo más. En Estocolmo, dado lo fugaz de la visita, alquilamos un par de bicicletas para ver el doble en la mitad de tiempo y tanto que nos cundió. Vimos toda la isla de Djurgarden y su vecina Ladugardsgardet. Muy bonitas las dos.

Ok. Stop telling stories. Our visit to Stockholm was going to be short, so we decided to rent two fancy black bikes. In that way, we visited the double of places in the half of the time . We saw the whole island of Djurgarden and Ladugardsgardet. Both island were wonderful.

Como nos sobraba tiempo visitamos Langholmen, otra isla, que nos gustó un poco menos.

As we had extra time, we also visited Langholmen which we liked less than the others.

Por la noche, después de comernos un kilo de espagueti boloñesa, dimos un paseo con la caída del Sol ensombreciendo la estrechas calles de la ciudad vieja.

In the evening, after eating a kilo of spaghetti bolognesa, we took a walk in the old city while the sunset played shadows in the narrow streets.

Hoy visitamos el museo del barco Vasa, el único barco del siglo XVII que se conserva más o menos como algún chapucero lo trajo al mundo. Es obligado decir que la criatura se hundió a los 20 minutos de salir del puerto... menos mal que nuestro viaje continúa en tren.

This morning we visited the Vasa Museum where is possible to see the only ship of the XVII century. It should be said that the boat sink just twenty minutes after left the harbour... Fortunately, we will continue travelling by train.
